Elm Cabin is a peaceful single-level retreat nestled on a wooded ridge, combining modern comfort with rustic charm just 10 minutes from Carbondale and SIUC. This cozy home sleeps 4 with a king bedroom and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy an open living area with Smart TV and electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dedicated workspace, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Step onto the elevated deck to soak in the hot tub and admire forest views highlighted by a towering elm tree. Outside, enjoy the charcoal grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and complimentary firewood. Part of Tulipwood Cabins, Elm Cabin sits on 35 acres with four cabins spaced well apart for comfort and quiet.

Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets must be reported prior to arrival.  $50/pet; per stay.  Max 2; dogs only. If unreported, you will be subject to pet fee plus $50 unreported pet fee.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
No Grill on site
There are a total of 4 cabins on the 35 acres. They are spread far apart but please be aware there will be other guests on property.
